Certified Health & Life Coach ·
Virtual Programs Producer · Facilitator
Over the past decade, my work has unfolded less like a straight line and more like a series of meaningful invitations. After about ten years in administrative and executive support roles, I began to notice how quickly technology was reshaping the work I was doing. Curious about what might come next, and eager to untether myself from a cubicle, I explored a pivot into coding. Long hours at the computer quickly showed me what I didn’t want: the isolation of the library or the performative buzz of a coffee shop. I was craving focused work in a shared space. That’s when I discovered Caveday, then an all-day, in-person experience in downtown Los Angeles. My interest in coding fizzled, but Caveday had already begun changing my relationship to work.Soon after, I stepped away from traditional full-time work to build an administrative consulting practice through personal referrals. I collaborated with a wide range of clients, including an executive coach, a clinical psychologist, a registered nurse, a death doula, and a multidisciplinary artist, and discovered that working remotely wasn’t just possible, it was preferable.Alongside my consulting work, I’ve facilitated virtual Caves since 2019 and was later invited to train new Cave Guides. In 2021, I was introduced to the Hudson Institute of Coaching, where I supported online workshops as a virtual program producer and, for the first time, saw professional coaching practiced at depth. Additional referrals followed with BenchStrength Coaching and Seasons Leadership, and I eventually focused my work exclusively on virtual program production and facilitation. Most recently, I completed a six-month Health & Life Coach certification through HCI. Today, I’m bringing these threads together, integrating facilitation, production, and coaching to support thoughtful, human-centered work.
My coaching work draws many years of supporting thoughtful, capable people as they navigate work, health, and life transitions. I’m especially interested in how focus, energy, and habits shape our experience of work and well-being, and how small, well-timed shifts can create meaningful change.I currently work with a small number of clients in a reflective, collaborative coaching relationship.
